1. Returns & Exchanges

At Everything Yasmin, we take pride in delivering high-quality shoes. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Exchanges are only accepted for wrong or defective items; we do not accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact our support team with your order details and clear pictures of the issue.
  2. Once approved, return the item via your preferred courier at your expense.
  3. Upon receipt and inspection, we will send a replacement.
